Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Owens graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life University in Georgia with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and bachelor’s from UNC-Chapel Hill. A Gatesville, NC native, Dr. Owens began practicing in Raleigh at Carolina Chiropractic after practicing several years in southeastern NC. He aims to meet the health care needs of entire families, by offering unique treatments for infants, children, adults and elderly patients. One of his specialties is dealing with chronic headaches and migraines.
Dr. Owens has keen interests in neurology and nutrition, which have been the focus of extensive post-graduate studies for him.
He has volunteered with non-profit organizations and worked in an outreach clinic to provide chiropractic care to underprivileged adults and children.
He enjoys kayaking on the Neuse River, being in nature, and plays tennis.
“What continues to inspire me as a chiropractic physician, is not only the opportunity to be of service to the public, to improve their health and outlook on how to best stay healthy, but I most enjoy that we are often the LAST hope for so many patients that fear there may not be an answer to the health challenges they face. This is what I really enjoy; being able to provide solutions for challenging problems.”
"Being able to make treatment recommendations that are scientifically proven with current research, and that we’ve personally used, gives us a better understanding and ability to personalize treatment and ensure each individual patient's success."
